Overall it was a good stay with a good view. Hospitality was good and the best part is that Novotel takes feedback seriously and acts swiftly on it. This is really appreciative.

It was a good stay for me and I really appreciate that the feedback given earlier was incorporated of having Tooth Paste pouches instead of Tooth Tablets. However, the lunch and dinner still remains at higher end. One thing to note is that cookies, pastries and some bakery items have been removed from buffet breakfast which I don't know why. Having them was good especially for kids.

It was one pathetic stay 1. welcome dessert were stale 2. Room was hot as oven (ac not working properly) 3. mini bar was not working i mailed them in the night its 48 hours no reply or acknowledgement
